“BraCom’s strong growth comes from Germany, but there is also good news to report from the Norwegian market,” says COO Emil Østerbø.
In last month’s status report, he shared strong figures from densification projects with the rest of the team, a trend that is continuing. BraCom is reaping the benefits of a reputation for being accurate and reliable, and we are constantly securing exciting, smaller projects linked to existing fibre networks.
“The most excitement surrounds the Telia agreement we signed in December 2025,” says Østerbø. “We’re seeing a lot of activity in the partnership: increasing densification production and a fast pace in project calculations and pricing. We are pressing ahead and continuing to deliver the highest possible quality in the densification projects, and we look forward to celebrate FTTH project!”

HSE Manager Hans Jørgen Bergum says that reporting accidents and near-misses is important, particularly for growing companies chasing turnover figures and market share.
“All research shows that companies that focus on logging incidents achieve a positive trend of falling injuries,” says Bergum.

“It probably sounds counter-intuitive to set targets for reporting near-misses – our reports of unwanted incidents,” says Bergum. “But we draw on large amounts of data within the industry, and know that it is through logging that we can learn from our mistakes and, ultimately, reduce the figures. We also want a culture where speaking up isn’t seen as a negative thing.”
“At BraCom, our goal is for all employees to return home safe and sound every day,” says Bergum, “and quantifying the target for near accidents is an important step along the way.”
Østerbø adds that subcontractors are an integral part of all reporting. “We must praise them too. BraCom as a company is entirely dependent on optimising the entire value chain to succeed in delivering to our customers,” he says.
